Live-in Farm Volunteer Recruitment Guidelines
・Those who are interested in agriculture and rural life in Japan, who are physically and mentally healthy, and who are confident in their physical strength.
・People who can help with daily life such as housework as well as farm work.
・People who are comfortable living together and interacting with various people.
・Those who can live with a dog and cats. (We have an Labrador and two cats indoor.)
About 80 people, mainly university students, stay here every year and live and work together.
(Full-scale farm work. For those who are not confident in their physical strength, those who want to enjoy farm work as leisure, those who want to relax in their old age, we recommend that you stay at the farm house and have a short “agricultural experience”. )

Volunteers mainly working in farm restaurants and food processing: November to March
Basically, we ask that you stay for at least one week.

Same as farm staffs, normal farm work. Planting in the spring, harvesting in the fall, and a lot of other farm and shipping work.
There are also jobs such as farm restaurant and food processing.

[work hours]
Around 7:30 to 17:00 (depending on the season). There is a lunch break and a tea break in the morning and afternoon. About 8 hours of actual work.

In exchange for working as a volunteer, we will provide accommodation (private rooms. Wi-Fi. TV), meals, and snacks .
